The number of boys is much higher than that of girls. According to “Abortion bind and gender imbalances”(2008), the sex ratios are very common in India, which have a high of 127 boys for 100 girls. After that, the average age of India is 29 years old, which means India has a lot of process for growing labor force by Hanada. Moreover, many social problems will cause by gender imbalance. HIV and AIDS affect health of young people by Hanada. There are not enough work places for so many young people in India. No enough girls are big problem for young boys, because there are not enough girls for them by Hanada. Therefore, that large numbers of bachelors affects the safety of society. Gender bias problem that we face right now, the women cannot have same rights of education by Hanada. “ At the macroeconomic level, female education is a key source of support for long-term economic growth” (Korea Herald, 2008). That means education for female in India is very important for gender balance. If women get knowledge, they will independent in economic. Therefore, they will have more powerful to protect their rights. Gender imbalance likes global worming; it is a big problem that we should deal with. Why should men have better care when they are born? Women have 50% of responsible to build this world. Women can work as good as men. Sometimes women do something more brightness than men. So from research I want to find some ways to help change gender imbalance and help women get their rights.
According to recent statistics the gender imbalance is very common in India. There are 127 boys for 100 girls and among Christians a low of 104 in India (The Korea Herald, 2008). From the number, we cannot find if it is very big problem for us. But India is one of the countries that have the biggest population in this world. What should India government do to solve this problem? How can the India government handle some problems that are caused by gender imbalance, such as unemployment, or too many vagrants? Gender imbalance causes social, economic and health problems. We should try to change some people’s opinion that boys are better than girls. We should avoid of gender narrowing that decrease the GDP of country. We should pay more attention on HIV and AID.
The primary reason that gender imbalance will cause social problems is that more and more people want boys than girls; they use ultrasound machines or some medicines to choose the sex of their children. Especially in some LDCS, India people want to continue the family name and bloodline, earn money, and be took care of them when they retired (Abortion Bind And Gender Imbalances, 2008). Therefore, girls take the second class. From technologic girls also continue the bloodline; the reason that people prefer boys is that boys have stronger body to grow rice. Long time ago, agriculture was first business. The world has changed a lot. We should forget this traditional opinion. Women have same rights for education and working. The India government gives some rebate and tax back to encourage families to have girls, but also encourage families give girls better education by Korea. Without economic independent is reason that women can’t win their rights in her family. They should obey what their husband said. The family violence is also cause by this case. If India government wants to change gender imbalance, they should give to girls same rights for high education. “ The more educated women are, the more likely they are to invest in the health and education of their families.” (The Korea Herald, 2008 ).
Moreover, there are the economic problems are caused by gender imbalance. The best example is India and China has one-third population in this world, but their GDP cannot march with Japan and U.S. My point is the population is not most important resources right now. The agriculture industry has gone. Technical is the most important resources. However, in LDCS, people use their hands to grow rice and 10 people should spend 1 day to finish their job. In MDS, one person spends 1hours to finish whole job with machine. The technology improves work efficiency a lot. So India government should give their citizen more changes for studying new knowledge. “ In 2007, Grant Thornoton International surveyed 7,200 privately held businesses in 32 countries, representing 81 percent of global GDP, to gauge gender gaps for top-level executives. Japan came in last.” (Korea Herald). From this research, we know that because the educating women in Japan are much higher than other 31 countries. Girl has as powerful as boy, there are many successful businesswomen in the world, such as the chairwoman of Sanyo Electric Co. Women in east Africa contribute about 50% of GDP, so when they lack economic emancipation and opportunities, countries are losing 2% of GDP because of this imbalance. (East African Business Week, 2007). So we should let people know women can also create more value as men. The India government should give women more chance to run their own business. The India government should give women more opportunities to find their jobs.
Third, the gender imbalance causes too many boys become bachelors. If we have too many boys do not have girls, what will their do? They will try to find some women who have get married or young girls. The percentage of crimes will increase faster. Furthermore, “Half of HIV or AIDS affects young people, in India” (Handa, 2007). It’s clearly that HIV and AIDS is the first killer for young people. I think most people do not watch out for it. Maybe they think it is far from them. The government should let young people watch some videos or give some speech, which helps them know how important it is. HIV and AIDS does not just happen around young people, it’s a social problem. India parents should limit their children’s going to clubs or some dangerous place alone. Some entertainment places should limit young children from coming in. Because of gender imbalance, the girls in India can’t get same care as boys. We can’t chose our sex when we are born, so parents should take care of their babies in equal way. If girls live in family without love, it’s very harmful to their heart. They become very depressing and sad. They will think the whole world give up them. Many children will choose suicide. I think that spirit care are more important than physical part.
In conclusion, these days, gender imbalance is not just problem that India government should face. It's a problem that stands in the front of us, like global warming. All of people should have responsibility for this. We should look at women and men in equal way. We should forget so stupid traditional opinion. Government should encourage people use new technology to develop their business. We should put our eyes on gender imbalance. India government has give families money to encourage them have girls. We should know that it is not solve the problem yet. The India government should give girls more chance for education. It will help them win their own rights. The India parents should know that girl is also their child. They should give them more care. Especially for their spirit.

Third, he points out that the gender imbalances will make a lot of men become bachelors. The more bachelors they have, the more crime will happen. In the end, he points out that the sex- selective abortion also causes gender bias, which means people use new technology to choose boys.

India must meet new demographic challenge
In Hanada’s (2007) article, “India must meet new demographic challenge”, he points out that India has 1 billion people, so there was an interview for talking about population in India. These are three stages that will affect population growth changing; death and birth rates, good medical breakthrough and investment in health and education: economic and social development; the empowerment of women; and acceptance and availability of contraceptives. Second, he points out the reason why family planning didn’t success was that there were some cultural roots and gender selection. Third, he points out that age structure is more important than the size of the population. Also India is a new country; large population causes social problems, such as health systems and security. However more training and education and being careful of HIV or AIDS are most important for young people.
I agree with the reasons that population growth is changing. People should change the root which causes gender imbalance. Although age structure in India is very low, people should send their children to school. Therefore, India just has a large number of young people, but they do not have knowledge; their economy cannot develop. HIV and AIDS is a big killer for young people, so the government and society should work together far away from them.

For example, the idea that boy is better than a girl, or that near relative marriage is better. Men and women are the same; they can do the same job, play the same sports and work together. Government has a social security right now so parents do not need to be cared of their children. However, it always happens in some LDC’s because they need more hands to grow corn. The government should give some preferential treatment to encourage poor people to develop their local economy.
Next, although India has a low age structure, it is like a double-edged sword. It is easier for young people to do stupid things. Government should give young people something to do, give them good education and teach them some useful skill. If they have something to do, they will not have enough time to break rules. I think education can change people’s behavior and teach them how to contribute to their country. Furthermore, technology can make economy grow faster and faster, which makes a country more powerful.

Gender imbalance a threat to stability
In Kontominas’s (2007) article entitled “ Gender imbalance a threat to stability,” he points out that Asian women are at risk because of the gender imbalance. First of all she states that sex trafficking and violence are around women because the number of adult women are outweighed by that of men. Next, she claims that people in China, India, Nepal and Vietnam prefer a son to a girl so they use sex selection to chose which baby they want. Sex selection causes gender imbalance, so it should be prohibited. Third, he points out that just closer regulation of foetal-scanning services does not work very well. People should change their minds to increase the value of women and protect women’s rights.
First, sex trafficking and violence against are very common in Asia countries. I think government should use laws to protect women’s rights. By the way, people need to know laws and know how to use laws to strengthen their rights. The people in Asia cannot take education for each person so they don’t know laws either. Furthermore, the best way is improve people’s quality of behaviors, people should know how to treat people very kindly and respect others’ rights. Therefore, the violence will be reduced and women will feel safety in their normal life.

The baby is innocent; parents cannot decide whether they want it or not. 10 years ago, most Chinese people thought son was better because more boys meant more hands can help. Travel
The oil price becomes higher and higher because resources are very poor. Oil is the first energy right now, so it limits business developing. This is a big problem that is close to us. We drive our car to go to work, go to school and go shopping. We cannot live without cars. Also a car needs to drink oil every day. On the other hand, if the oil price gets much higher, we should pay more money for feeding our car. For example, our income is $500 per month; my car needs 30 gallon per month. The oil price is $4 per gallon, so my oil fee is $120 per month. If the oil price gets higher by $1, I should pay $30 more. It’s a big deal for me. I will think that I should sell my car and buy a bicycle. People same as me may go out by bus or on foot. Driving car is very convenient and fast, so our living steps will become more slow. I will leave my house much earlier; it means I lose 20 minutes for sleeping. It’s also a big problem for me, because I should hold many bags in my hands.

Video game
According to "f," WILLIAN (2000), " In 1974 Atari employees Bob Brown and Harold Lee propose a home version of 'pong’, able to be hooked up to any tv set. In 1975 they cut a deal to sell the system under the Sears tele-games label. The order was for 150,000 units. Bushnell has nowhere near the facilities to produce that many in the time sears wants them, so he taps a venture capitalist for a $10 million line-of-credit to expand."(p. 7). Since 1949, people have designed video games. In the beginning, video games were very simple, but they needed a big machine. Nobody wanted to play them. In 1971, Nolan Bushnell was developed, but it did not sell well. In 1974 Kee games designed 'tank', which was the most successful and popular game in the world. After that, video games became more and more popular. In those days, more and more people are playing video games, and there were some problems came out. Video games are very bad for people's health. We should stop playing the violent video games because it will abet people in crime. We should stop playing video games too much, especially for children; heavy video game use by kids will slow brain development. We should stop playing games because it’s like drugs; more and more people are addicted to video games right now.
In "Computer and video game history," Mary Bellis states, "In 1952, Douglas wrote his PhD degree at the University of Ambridge on human computer interaction. Douglas created the first graphical computer game- a version of Tic- Tac - Toe" (para. 1). Willian Higinbotham designed the first video game in 1958 that was called "Tennis for Two," in 1962, Steve Russell created Spaceward, which was the first game played on computer. In 1967, Ralph Bear designed Chase, which was the first video game played on television. In 1971, Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney wrote the first arcade game. In 1972, they started to design Atari computers. In 1975, Atari re-released Pong, which came out in people's life. In 1976, Channel F was created and it was one of the first games that used electronic systems. In 1980, Atari designed "Asteroids" and "Lunar Lander," which were the first two video games that were published in the Copyright office.
First, we shouldn’t play the violent video games. In "Game over for China's net addicts" the author states,” ‘the effects are the same,’ Tao said. 'Some addicts drop out of school, some mug people for money, steal and sell their families' things to keep playing games. Some end up killing themselves because they feel life has no point’. Addiction to the Internet is blamed for most juvenile crime in China, a number of suicides, and deaths from exhaustion by players unable to tear themselves away from marathon game sessions"(2007, para. 18). Video games encourage people to break the law and try what they play in violent games. They think they can get money from people who are not stronger than them. In the games, players can kill different people who have low level or bad equipment. In the game, there are no rules. People just look at who is at high level or strong. In "Violent video games cited as bad gifts for kids" the author states (2004) "publish standards for marketing video games that encourage or reward players for performing acts of violence and brutality, and that depict images demeaning to women and minorities; place M-rated games in a location separate from other games in stores; post signage describing the video games ratings systems; and evaluate and report on their enforcement and compliance programs of policies to prevent minors from purchasing violent video games…"(Para. 8). It mean the violent video games can affect your life habits, You will use same feeling to think about people and tings that happen in your life. You will use same way to solve that problem too. The violent video games are like minors, it let juvenile crimes easy to happen in normal life. Especially for young people, they do not have good personal control ability. They are easy to accept some new things, but they cannot separate bad and good things. It is easy try to break laws because of an impulse.
Second, we should stop playing video games because heavy video game use by kids will slow brain development. They will kill other players and not need go to jail. They come to love to play this game all day. If they don’t have money to pay for the game, they will steal things to sell or rob people. A number of juvenile crimes are also caused by Internet games so we should help them and keep them away from games. If people play a lot of violent games, they want to try it in real life. Maybe they will kill people just for their cyber swords or virtual money. They become crazy and adapt to breaking the law, especially if they don’t have enough money to play games. In "Game over for China's net addicts" (2007), the author states "With education perceived by many parents as the only means of advancement in an ultra-competitive society of 1.3 billion people, some lock their children up to study and ask teachers to assign them extra homework.” (para. 27) That means the parental pressure is also useful to help children break Internet addiction. The children live in society so family, school and government should get together to help children break video addiction.
In conclusion, these days, every child plays video games and computer games at home; they take much time playing games. Their life is the game. They do not use their brain as usual, they do not study or do some exercise. They will become sick and slow. Many violent games are very dangerous, which will encourage children to commit crime and change their behavior. Government should use laws to limit violent games and Internet bars. Parents should help their children to pick good video games to play and limit their time. Children should go outside to do some exercise and hang out friends, not play games the whole day. It’s not that video games are bad; some games can also improve your health. In “Computer Games Are Good For Your Health” the author states “ At the same time, WVU monitored health indicators throughout the period, including weight, blood pressure, body mass index, arterial function, fitness levels and attitudes towards exercise.”(2007. Papa. 3) We should balance our time and choose a good video game to play.

In "Computer and video game history," Mary Bellis states, "In 1952, Douglas wrote his PhD degree at the University of Ambridge on human computer interaction. Douglas created the first graphical computer game- a version of Tic- Tac - Toe" (para. 1). Willian Higinbotham designed the first video game in 1958 that was called "Tennis for Two," in 1962, Steve Russell created Spaceward, which was the first game played on computer. In 1967, Ralph Bear designed Chase, which was the first video game played on television. In 1971, Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney wrote the first arcade game. In 1972, they started to design Atari computers. In 1975, Atari re-released Pong, which came out in people's life. In 1976, Channel F was created and it was one of the first games that used electronic systems. In 1980, Atari designed "Asteroids" and "Lunar Lander," which were the first two video games that were published in the Copyright office.
First, we shouldn’t play the violent video games. In "Game over for China's net addicts" the author states,” ‘the effects are the same,’ Tao said. 'Some addicts drop out of school, some mug people for money, steal and sell their families' things to keep playing games. Some end up killing themselves because they feel life has no point’. Addiction to the Internet is blamed for most juvenile crime in China, a number of suicides, and deaths from exhaustion by players unable to tear themselves away from marathon game sessions"(2007, para. 18). Video games encourage people to break the law and try what they play in violent games. They think they can get money from people who are not stronger than them. In the games, players can kill different people who have low level or bad equipment. In the game, there are no rules. People just look at who is at high level or strong. In "Violent video games cited as bad gifts for kids" the author states (2004) "publish standards for marketing video games that encourage or reward players for performing acts of violence and brutality, and that depict images demeaning to women and minorities; place M-rated games in a location separate from other games in stores; post signage describing the video games ratings systems; and evaluate and report on their enforcement and compliance programs of policies to prevent minors from purchasing violent video games…"(Para. 8). It mean the violent video games can affect your life habits, You will use same feeling to think about people and tings that happen in your life. You will use same way to solve that problem too. The violent video games are like minors, it let juvenile crimes easy to happen in normal life. Especially for young people, they do not have good personal control ability. They are easy to accept some new things, but they cannot separate bad and good things. It is easy try to break laws because of an impulse.

Mcdonald is one of the most populate restaurants in the world. Although it becomes successful company, it hurt many people in the world. When you see the golden arches, you’re probably on the road to the pearly gates. (Castelli,1998). Mcdonald help people save time, but make people become fatter and fatter. Mcdonald has made American people become super fat country in the world. That is very bad for our health. If when you become fat, many diseases are waiting for you, such as high blood pressure and heart disease. Mcdonald always use green washing to misleading customers. McDonald’s advertising has been misleading regarding its fat content. (Barnard,1993). The first healthy killer in US is heart disease that is caused by fat. I don’t like Mcdonald.

CESL
I have studied CESL for 6 months. I think CESL is a good place to study English because teachers are very kind and classmates are friendly. It is unbelievable that all of the world people together to study. We have different culture and different background, but we can exchange our opinions with English. CESL likes a big family. There are no age difference and sex difference. There is saying in China: if you meet a friend, you are the luck dog. We come from the whole world so we should treasure our friendship. I also have some advices for CESL. The first one is CESL can organize more activities for traveling. The second one is CESL should give us more Toefl classes per week. The third one is teachers should give more help to shy people and let them try to talk. I think traveling is a best way to make people relax and know each other. Traveling also improve our knowledge of American cultural. I think we should have more Toefl classes because we come to CESL is we want to improve our English skills and study in USA. Toefl is one required that we come to university in USA. We should do more Toefl practices. I think many students are the first time to USA so they are too shy to speak English. CESL teachers should give them more encourage. I think they are very helpful to CESL.
The Wikipedia has three bad influences
The Wikipedia is very popular right now. It likes Google and Yahoo that you can search information as quickly as you can. Also you can put your opinions on it. It is very useful and quickly to find some sources, but it also has some bad influences. The first one is the Wikipedia gives people too much freedom so every people can write anything on it. The second one is the Wikipedia gives people unreal information sometimes. The third one is the Wikipedia affects education of school students.

People can put violence information and instigate people to against the government, for example, some people want to separate Xizhang out of China so they put said that they will try to rush torch of Olympic game right now. The second one is the Wikipedia gives people unreal information sometimes. Anyone can put their articles on the Wikipedia so some information just depends on people. Maybe they will change something to prove their opinions. You don’t need real name and all of your personal information so people don’t afraid that police will find him one day. “ The internet will never be like the school library. Nor should it be. Its value as a communication medium lies in its openness and diversity”(Lengel, 2006, Para, 12). It is not like library book, or in the newspaper, or on television because all of this media are well mediated (Lengel, 2006, Para, 12).
The third one is Wikipedia affects education of school students. The Wikipedia supports too much information and sources that students can easily get what they want. “This website has grown into an immensely useful resource for background information on a wide range of scientific subjects, and can serve as a quick reference for any number of scientific facts” (Parry, 2008, Para, 6). They do not need to think too much by themselves. Students had poor skills of assess the relevance and authority of information sources by themselves (Bilodeau, 2008, Para, 11). Students will become lazy of thinking how to independent thinking and they just pick information from the Wikipedia. Sometimes there is some unreal information in it.
Although the Wikipedia is very useful in our life, we should know how to separate good information and bad information. The Wikipedia should limit people’s rights and keep the website clean. The teachers should help students know how to think and pick ideas by themselves.

There are three disadvantages of greenwashing. The first one is consumers are tired of “green” and they don’t believe products. The second one is people do not want to change greenwashing and they become adapt to it. The third one is greenwashers become more crazy and only put their eyes on benefits.

Consumers have know become lose their confidence of products. “ The proliferation of “green” products- remember the chewing gum – remember the chewing gum- has distracted consumers from the important choices that could really make a difference, rendering them largely “clueless” about how to affect change.” (Greg Campbell, 2008, Para. 20).

The second one is we should give environment time to rebuild. The third one is we should use new technology to change vehicle and reduce pollute in ecosystems. The last one is we should study to live frugal because we should know how to last our living.

Although ecosystems can clear our pollution by itself, it also has its maximum. For example, gas and coal are unregenerate resources, we will use it up one day, but when we burn coal and gas make a lot of carbon dioxide. It will cause earth worming which is very big and hard problem right now.
The third one is we should use new technology to change vehicle and reduce pollute in ecosystems. A number of cars are running everyday so million of carbon dioxide and sculpture discharge into air. We should buy some new technology cars to reduce this pollution. For example, you can buy hybrid cars that use gas and electric. It can save your gas and more clean than normal cars. New touchingly is not only reduce pollution, but also reduce resources and cost.
Finally we should study to frugal. The resources are limited, we will use it up one day so we should know how to make it longer and more useful. For example, there was a biggest opencast in Shandong China in 40 years ago, but government do not know frugal and excessive exploit. Today there is now coal and earth’s surface has sank. We should study ecological living.

Is that good to play Internet and TV games?
I am interested in weather play Internet and TV games are good after reading some articles. There are different opinions, one group of people criticizes it, other people support it. According to “Game over for China’s net addicts” people criticize it because games like drug, young people are addicted on it. There are many problems that are caused by net games, such as suicide and juvenile crime, especially for some violent games, if you take long time to play children will like living in invented world and they will lose their goals and their dreams. I always hear education organization criticize it in China. According to “Move, baby, move … healthy kick in video games.”(2008) Julie Robotham said it is good for children’s health. It can improve children’s blood pressure heart and help them lose weight. While children playing games, their heart rates and breath become faster. Furthermore their heart get more useful excise and become much stronger. Children play games is batter than watch TV because when they always compete and fire their calorie. On the other hand, it is best way to lose weight.
In my paper, I plan to argue with people are limited children to play TV and Internet games. First, children have their right to pick what they want to play and it is also a best chance to let them separate something is good or bad. Second, Internet games are one way to dismiss time, parents should teach the best way to play it, not just stop them to play. Finally, the games companies shouldn’t create so many violent games and government should build new law to forbid violent games.
I have found a lot of articles to tell us what are advantages and disadvantages of Internet games. Also, I have found many useful websites that will help me talk about how to prove my opinions. I still need an article about what do children think about Internet games.

Monopoly and Oligether
Monopoly means there is only one company in a products producing area. For example, there just have one shoes company such as Nick so all the people wear Nick shoes. The government will use anti-trust laws to fight monopolies because the Nick can decide whatever price they want and company’s target is profit. If they can control whole the market, they will not think weather poor people cannot afford to buy their shoes. If people cannot wear shoes, they will travel around and change a new government. The consumers also have their way to against monopolies. For example, consumers will get together to travel around near company and get together against their products.
Oligopoly means there are a few companies in a products producing area. For example, the Shell, Morrow and other oil companies get together to control gas price. They will give same high price and some people cannot afford it. On the other hand, poor people cannot use cars or what relate to gas. People will angry and travel around. People also get together and do not buy gas and other oil products. Maybe some days later, all the companies have to reduce their price.

MY FEELING OF CARBENDALE
Carbondale is a small town of Illinois. Although it’s near Chicago, it is not as developing as Chicago. SIUC is here, so it looks like a university town. There are not so many interesting places such as bar, showplace and shopping more. The population of Carbondale is 25597, so it always quiet on the streets. At the first month when I been here, I think every things are very funny, because this is my first time to go abroad. After three mouths, I think Carbondale is very boring. There are not so many delicious restaurants and also a little expressive. In Carbondale people are very kind, church support us free lunch and invite me come to celebrate Christmas. The most different between Carbondale and my hometown is I feel I live in natural because green trees, beautiful birds and a number of animals are around me. CESL teachers help me a lot, not only English study, but also life problems. I made so many international friends in CESL. I like live in Carbondale.

Carbondale & area
I got my ID 3 month ago; I think drivers in Carbondale are more comfortable than in China. Carbondale is a small town and there are not many cars, so you will not meet traffic, but when you drive in China, you may spend one or one and half hours in traffic. It is very dangerous when you drive a car in China, because walkers always break rules. For example, some people will go though a road every time they want. It's dangerous both for drivers and walkers. Drivers cannot control emergency time. Walkers can easily get hurt by accidents. one difference between China and the USA for driving is we should pay a road use fee to the government on the high way. It is very strong that we pay tax for the government to build a high way, but we also need to pay money when we use it. The other difference is we do not need to buy insurance if we want to drive a car, but I should buy insurance in the USA. Most traffic patterns are the same. The difference is we use kilometers, but a American use feet.

All of people know Michael jakson, he is a very famous singer and dancer in 80s. His famous songs are “off the wall”, “Rock with you”, “Beat jean” and “Human Nature”. He is famous for spatial dance and robot dance. He is African American, but he want to change his skin to white color. He took years of emotional dysfunctions to change skin. At that time most of people criticized him and many newspapers published this thing. His unusual behaves gave people a bad impression. I think maybe he did some bad things in his normal life, but he is one of the best singers and dancers in the world. Not all of people are God, human will make mistake. Although he is different from normal people in behave, he is also different from singers in the world. Sometimes famous is the reason for make troubles because people will put their eyes on celebrates. When we hear some news, we shouldn’t always criticize him or her.

d suicides in China. The government also uses laws to ban many Internet cafes and violent games.
More and more young people are addicted to Internet games in China right now. A number of juvenile crimes also caused by Internet games. Some violent games affect people’s mind and become a real killer. Internet games are like alcoholism and drugs. Most young people lose their dream and want to kill themselves.
The online games are like alcoholism and drugs. They give people a virtual place to do what they want. They will kill other players and not need go to jail. They come to love to play this game all day. If they don’t have money to pay for the game, they will steal things to sell or rob people.
A number of juvenile crimes are also caused by Internet games so we should help them and let them far from games. If people play a lot of violent games, they want to try it in real life. Maybe they will kill people just for their cyber swords or virtual money. They become crazy and adapt to breaking the law, especially if they don’t have enough money to play games.
Most young people lose their dream and want to kill themselves. The online games are like the other society; people can live in it and find friends and do anything, because no laws or people will limit them. If young people spend a lot time in it, they will hate real life and lose their dream. They will think they cannot live in real life. They become unhappy and want to commit suicide.
The government should help young people give up online games, ban new Internet cafés and limit violent games. Young people also need to enjoy their real life and find their dream again.

The Discussion In UN Net Summit
According to “controversy blights UN net summit”, Jo Twist said that this UN net summit, had a lot of countries attending. They discussed around three problems; the first one was that rich nations didn’t give enough help for poor countries about technologies. Second one is whether people need someone to oversee and control the net. Third one is weather all digital citizens should have enough freedom to know and talk about global information.
This world summit is a world meeting to improve technologies and knowledge. We shouldn’t just give some pledges, but a little reaction. All the nations should have responsibility to oversee and run the net because it is a world resource. The Internet is also a society, but it also needs some law, because sometimes being limited is a way for better freedom of expression.
Technologies and knowledge are human rights so all of the people need to know it. Developing countries should give enough help to developed countries because cooperation is the best way to improve technologies. If people attended this summit, it means they find problems and want to solve them with other nations. Sometimes most old technologies are not needed for rich nations, but they should give them more help. If our small help can change other people’s lives, why don’t we do that?
All the nations should have responsibility to oversee and run the net. The Net is not just for developing countries or the UN. Global digital citizens use the Internet so they all have responsibility to build a green and safe net. The Net is a platform for all the people, people can take and send information with it so that all the people should oversee the net. It is not just for one person or one country to be able to control it.
The global information society expressing freedom is a right, but all the rights need laws to protect them. On the other hand, sometimes we need to limit people’s freedom because some bad speech may hurt net safety. Different countries have different traditions and culture, so we cannot use one way to solve different problems. We shouldn’t wait for problems. If there are no criminals on the net, we shouldn’t need some laws to limit our freedom.
The world summit is the best time to get together to know how to cooperate for developing technologies. We should try our best to help other poor countries and oversee the net. We should share our information and give enough freedom of expression.

I Like Pop Music
A lot of American singers and banks are very popular in China. For example, Avril Lavigne, The back street boys and Alicia Keys. When I was in China, I like listening to their songs, especially “When you’re gone” by Avril and “As long as you love me” by back street boys. One of the most important reason I like music because I want to relax.
I think rock music is too nosy to listen when I feel tired. On the other hand, I like light music. Sometimes wards of songs explain what I’m thinking about. I always use music to show if I am happy or not. The Pop singers like life authors, they write normal life into a song and people use the song to en
joy life. Some music also give to me some brave and face my life again. So try to find your favorite music and make friends with them.

Chinese food
MY FAVORITE FOOD
My hometown is Hangzhou China. There are so many kinds of food in c
hina. Different places have different food. North China is famous for spicy food. People in the south always cook food not greasy or strongly flavored. My hometown is in south China so that I don’t like too spicy food. Sometimes cooker will put a lot of sauce and oil so it has sweet-smelling, but few people can not adapt to this kinds of food. Chinese people not only eat rice but also eat noodle, especially for in north China. Further more, people in the north plant wheat, but people in the south plant paddy. I want to try different kinds of food in the world.
